If you receive the item damaged or broken, simply contact us for further instructions and we will send you a new one at no extra cost to you. If you are not fully satisfied with the product, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt and we will provide you a refund or exchange. Note: We DO NOT refund the shipping costs of the original purchase or the shipping cost to return the item.
